Look, I'm not gonna blow smoke up your behind with some corporate "we strive for excellence" crap.

I'm a veteran who got tired of seeing the same copy-paste gas stations and half-assed MLOs cluttering up FiveM servers. So I started making my own props and maps. Turns out I'm pretty good at it. I also got tired of the insane price gouging that many other developers commit. Selling an asset that took them 5 minutes to make for $50. That's not my cup of tea, I think it's b.s. I hate overly expensive stuff. What you see here is inexpensive for the new owners, or simply for those on a budget. Everything is made in house with FG Development. I don't outsource my models. I do the work myself. Minus commissions, every product you see is $10 or less, and we have many free assets as well. Additionally, if you join our discord, you can gain access to a number of UNreleased assets as well, making your server stand out even more.

What I Do:

• YMAPs that don't tank your server performance(85fps or higher for my medium rig)
• MLOs that actually have interior collision (revolutionary concept, I know)
• Props that fit the vibe without looking like they're from 2003

What I Don't Do:

• Scripts (I map stuff, not code magic)
• 24/7 hand-holding support (read the README)
• Rushed garbage just to pump out content

Some of my stuff is free because I remember being broke and starting out. The paid stuff? That's the premium stuff that took actual time and effort.

If you want quality maps without the drama, you're in the right place. If you want someone to tell you how amazing you are for buying a $5 ymap, go find a yes-man.
