Concrete Bunker Pack

Three concrete bunkers. No windows. No AC. No rights. Just the way the military intended.

This pack includes three concrete bunker props built for FiveM servers that actually care about performance. Covered storage overhangs, stairwells, observation slits, everything you need to roleplay getting shot at in a structurally questionable concrete box. Tested at 89-103fps directly on location on a mid-range machine. Your server will live, even if your players won't.

Built with proper collisions, embedded textures, and LOD distances tuned for large landmark visibility without the overhead. Drop it in, it works. No babysitting required. You've suffered enough.

What's Included:
-Small bunker: Guard position. You drew the short straw.
-Medium bunker: Stairwell leading to the upper level. Slightly less miserable.
-Large bunker: Open second-level storage with stairwell. Congratulations, you also get vehicle parking spaces.
