Found this one digging through the old files. Built it a few years back, before FG existed and before I had any business calling myself a professional developer.

Paleto Bay finally gets a real hangout spot. Something for the north side to do besides rob the bank.

What's in it:

• Fenced outdoor basketball court

• Skate park with ramps, a rail, a fun box, and a quarter pipe, fully tagged with graffiti

• Bleachers and picnic tables for everyone who talks trash but never plays

• Food vendors with a fruit stand, hot dog and burger carts, and umbrellas

• 24 hour parking booth with bollards around the lot

Built for civ RP, pickup games, gang hangouts, street meets, or just loitering with style.

Ymap only. Base game props, no extra streaming needed.

V2 is on the way early next year, built with everything I've learned since. Grab the original now and get in before the upgrade drops.

A little piece of FG history. Not every build makes it out of the vault. This one earned its parole.
